We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. In this role, you will provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and committed to creating a positive experience for every client.

Your responsibilities as a barber at Lux Barbers

- Consult with clients to determine their preferred hairstyle and grooming needs.
n
- Shampoo, condition, cut, trim,



and style hair, beards, and moustaches.
n
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including clippers, scissors, combs, and hair dryers.
n
- Apply styling, grooming, and aftercare products to hair and beards.
n
- Perform facial waxing and provide face, neck, and scalp massages.
n
- Promote barbering services and retail products to clients.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workplace, ensuring equipment is sanitised and supplies are stocked.

- Ensure that shelves are stocked at all times.

Skills and qualifications

- Certificate III in Hairdressing or Barbering is preferable
n
- At least 3 years of experience as a barber in a similar setting
n
- Ability to operate the shop independently when needed
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
