About the role

n

As our Administration & Accounts Officer, you'll be involved in all facets of administration and accounts, supporting both our office operations and project teams.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- managing accounts payable, suppliers and reconciliations
n
- customer account management
n
- employee onboarding and HR administration
n
- managing project documentation and data entry




n
- general administration and reporting support to management
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Full Australian working rights essential
n
- Accounts payable and reconciliations experience essential
n
- Payroll experience and willingness to assist highly regarded
n
- Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Office
n
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
n
