Heilbronns is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support all aspects of store operations.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
n
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
n
- Maintaining the store's visual presentation and merchandising
n
- Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed
n
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
n

About you

- No previous experience in a retail or customer service role required
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
n
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Saddlery knowledge would be an advantage
n
