PARAGON is the authorised ANZ distributor of Sherwin Williams Protective and Marine Products. We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to drive growth and market share. This is an exciting chance, working with world leading products to build the protective and marine coatings ANZ business from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Report to National Sales Manager
n
Manage high-value accounts with global tier-1 asset owners, including helping maintain products specifications
n
Secure new asset-protection contracts, and provide technical product expertise to clients
n
Collaborate with technical service teams within the Sherwin Williams global network to deliver product specifications and customer solutions
n
Collaboratively set and achieve annual targets
n
About you
n
20+ years' sales experience in protective and marine coatings, ideally in the mining,
oil & gas and HVI sectors
n
Demonstrable understanding of the technologies employed in protective and marine products including leading competitor products
n
Demonstrable record of managing long B2B sales cycles and large accounts
n
Demonstrated history of managing a team of sales reps with budgetary responsibility
n
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client offices
n
AMPP certifications will be highly regarded
n
Highly competitive base salary with corporate travel allowance and an uncapped commission structure
