About the Role
n
You will work across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
n
n
- Strata and community title disputes
n
- NCAT proceedings
n
- Building defects and construction disputes
n
- Property and contractual disputes
n
- Mediations, Alternative Dispute Resolution and strategic advice
n
n
You will have meaningful client contact, responsibility for your own matters, and the support of a highly experienced team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- 2-5 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
n
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
n
- A practical and commercial approach to legal problem-solving
n
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service
n
- A collaborative and professional attitude
n
n
Experience in strata law is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from lawyers with a robust litigation background who are looking to develop a specialist practice.
