Direct Sensitive is the premium, white-glove division of Direct Couriers, specialising in high-value, confidential and security-sensitive freight where there is no room for error.

n

We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of complex freight projects across Melbourne — from planning and coordination through to final delivery.

n

THE ROLE

n

This is more than moving freight — it's managing the entire outcome.

n

You'll:

n

n
- Plan and coordinate complex, multi-leg freight projects
n
- Ensure vehicles, drivers, equipment and locations are ready
n
- Manage drivers and jobs in real time
n
- Resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track
n
- Keep customers and internal teams informed
n
- Own each project through to completion and sign-off
n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

n

n
- 3+ years' Project Management experience, ideally in freight, logistics or a premium/sensitive environment
n
- Experience managing high-value or sensitive cargo and chain-of-custody requirements
n
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence working in secured and restricted-access environments
n
- Immaculate personal presentation
n
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
n
- Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a National Police Check
n
- Willingness to undergo ongoing background verification where required
n
