About the Role

n

As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the store consistently meets sales, service, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
n
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, stock control, rosters, and wages
n
- Deliver high standards in customer service, presentation,



and cleanliness
n
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and sales targets
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health & safety, and company policies
n
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community
n
- Drive a positive team culture aligned with Morgan's IGA values

About You

- Proven experience in supermarket or retail management
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills
n
- Sound understanding of retail KPIs, stock control, and labour management
n
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities
n
- Hands‐on approach with a robust work ethic
