This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, showroom sales and technical problem-solving. You'll learn the pool industry from the ground up, with training and mentoring from experienced team members.

The role

n

You'll work across both our showroom and technical support, helping customers find the right products while developing the skills to troubleshoot and understand pool equipment.

n

Your day may include:

n

n
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the right pool, spa, equipment and options.
n
- Answering customer enquiries in the showroom, by phone and email.
n
- Learning to troubleshoot common pool equipment and water-quality issues.
n
- Performing pool and spa water testing and helping customers understand the results.
n
- Developing a strong understanding of pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters, automation and other pool equipment.
n
- Supporting customers with basic technical enquiries and escalating more complex issues when required.
n
- Assisting with quotes,



follow-ups and sales administration.
n
- Learning how pool systems work together, including equipment and installation processes.
n
- Assisting with customer appointments, site assessments and basic plans.
n
- Keeping customer and sales information up to date in HubSpot.
n
- Working closely with our sales, construction and technical teams to deliver a excellent customer experience.

Previous sales, customer service or technical experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
