Manpower is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator for a busy and well-established distribution business based in Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse role and is looking for a long-term temp-to-permanent position.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, this role offers stability, a supportive team setting, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 3 months.

About the Role

n

This is a primarily warehouse-based position, with approximately:

n

n
- 80% Pick Packing, Dispatch & General Warehouse Duties
n
- 20% Forklift Operation (Counterbalance & High Reach)
n

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners
n
- Preparing and dispatching orders accurately and on time
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
n
- Stock replenishment and stock movements
n
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
n




- General warehouse housekeeping
n
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Minimum 12 months Counterbalance forklift experience
n
- High Reach forklift experience (highly regarded)
n
- Previous warehouse, pick packing or dispatch experience
n
- Experience using RF scanners
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to lift up to 20kg when required
n
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
