Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing the daily operations of the business.

n

Supervising, training and supporting staff.

n

Preparing staff rosters and managing staffing requirements.

n

Maintaining high standards of customer service.

n

Monitoring food preparation, quality and service standards.

n

Managing stock, ordering and receiving deliveries.

n

Maintaining food safety, workplace health and safety and operational standards.

n

Monitoring sales, expenses, inventory and wastage.

n

Maintaining business and financial records.

n

Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints.

n

Implementing workplace policies and procedures.

n

Supporting business growth, promotions and marketing activities.

n

Ensuring the premises and equipment are maintained appropriately.

n

Skills & Experience

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in fast food, hospitality or retail.

n





Demonstrated staff management and leadership experience.

n

Strong knowledge of day-to-day rapid-food operations.

n

Experience with stock control, ordering and inventory management.

n

Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

n

Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

n

Valuable customer service and financial management skills.

n

Be available to work full-time.

Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Salary & Benefits

n

$80,000 per annum + superannuation
n Full-time permanent position
