Our client is a well-established Brisbane-based commercial HVAC contractor that has been operating for over 10 years across the SEQ market. With a strong reputation in commercial service and maintenance, they work with a broad range of customers including schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, clubs, commercial office buildings, retail sites, and fast-food chains.

Their services cover commercial air conditioning, chillers, refrigeration, ventilation systems, and more. With a small, tight-knit team and consistent pipeline of work, they offer a supportive environment with strong job stability.

The Role

n

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join the team.

n

This is a 100% commercial role focused on service and maintenance - no residential work and minimal install work involved. You'll work autonomously across Brisbane and surrounding areas attending customer sites and carrying out:

- Fault finding and diagnostics
n
- Preventative maintenance
n
- Breakdown repairs and reactive service
n
- Major upgrades and system improvements
n
- Maintaining secure work practices onsite
n
- Providing high-quality customer service
n

n





You'll be provided with a company vehicle and work remotely from site to site throughout Brisbane.

The Candidate

n

To be considered for the role, you must have:

n

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick licence
n
- Current QBCC licence
n
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC service & maintenance
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
n
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Be based within the Brisbane metro area
n
