Part-Time Dispense Technician
up to 25 Hours per Week
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive environment and is passionate about growing and improving the dispensary side of the business. Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and supporting the Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

- Packing and managing Dose Administration Aids (DAAs)

- Dispensing support using FRED and SureMed software

- Assisting patients through the MedAdvisor app and related services

- Maintaining efficient dispensary workflow and organisation

- Supporting the ongoing growth and development of dispensary services





The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in a community pharmacy, dispensary training will be provided if needed

- Be confident using FRED and SureMed dispensing software

- Have experience packing DAAs

- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team

- Be proactive, motivated, and keen to make the role their own

Pharmacy Assistant – Part Time (Up to 25 hours per week)

This is a hands-on customer-focused role where you will play an important part in supporting our pharmacy services and enhancing the in-store customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, friendly, and professional customer service

- Assisting customers with over the counter products and general healthcare advice

- Supporting the delivery and promotion of pharmacy services in-store

- Helping maintain a well-presented, organised, and welcoming retail setting

- Working collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Occasional customer deliveries with-in the local area

We are looking for someone who brings:

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (desirable but not essential)

- Completed S2/S3 training (desirable or willing to obtain)

- Experience in NDSS, Medadvisor & Fred software (desirable but not essential)

- OTC product knowledge and/or strong willingness to undertake training

- A warm, approachable, and customer-first attitude

- The ability to work well in a busy, community-focused environment

- Initiative and a willingness to support and promote in-store pharmacy services

- Driver’s license (desirable but essential)
