About Armidale Hotel

Armidale Hotel will be the town's new social hub, bringing together outstanding food, live entertainment, sport, family-friendly experiences, and community focused hospitality.

Set to open in December 2026, Armidale Hotelwill feature:

This is your chance to be part of one of the region’s most exciting new venues from day one.

The Role

As part of our opening team, you’ll be the face of Armidale Hotel — welcoming guests, creating memorable moments, and bringing the venue to life.

Depending on your role, your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting and seating customers

- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables

- Taking orders and processing payments

- Preparing beverages and cocktails

- Washing and restocking glassware

- Monitoring RSA and supporting responsible service

- Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts (Gaming roles only)

Specialized Gaming or Bar & Cocktail roles require prior experience.

What is needed to be successful in this role?

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) - Mandatory requirement

- Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only

- Strong communication and people skills

- Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required

- Ability to work a flexible roster

- Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment

- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency

Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
