About the Company

Our client is an established Australian security services provider delivering security solutions across a diverse commercial client portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee their Mobile Patrols division.

About the Role

This is a hands-on management position responsible for the performance and delivery of Mobile Patrol operations across Melbourne. You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day Mobile Patrol operations
- Lead patrol officers,



rostering and deployment
- Oversee fleet, alarm response and service delivery
- Manage client relationships and escalations
- Monitor KPIs, labour utilisation and operational performance
- Maintain compliance and service standards

Skills & Experience

- Commercial security operations experience
- Mobile patrol management experience essential
- Experience with TrackTik or similar patrol management systems
- Strong rostering and workforce management experience
- Strong client and team management skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on operational performance
