About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists at our Riverina Plant for an Apprentice Maintenance Fitter. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing an effective professional service. We welcome applicants who are keen to start their apprenticeship or those who are part way through their apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

- Participate and complete the necessary on and off the job training in order to become a fully qualified fitter;
- Following protected work practices and procedures;
- Working with and under the supervision of tradespeople;
- Following all instructions from tradespeople and supervisors and
- Attend TAFE as required.

Criteria:

- Current apprentices considered
- Strong technical attitude;
- Demonstrated interest in the trade;
- Good communication skills;
- Organisational and time management abilities;
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently;
- Ability to work a range of shifts.
