About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will guide customers through the innovative BYD vehicle range, providing expert advice and delivering a premium showroom experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Working within a supportive and high-performing team, you'll receive comprehensive product training, enabling you to confidently showcase vehicle performance, advanced technology,



and industry-leading battery innovation while helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their lifestyle.

To succeed in this role, you'll be a motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Passion for educating customers about electric vehicle technology
- Confidence using tablet technology and CRM systems
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Current and valid driver's licence
