Job Description:

The Demand Planner for Royal Canin in ANZ plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely demand forecasting to support supply chain efficiency and business growth. This position is responsible for analysing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to develop reliable demand plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

The Demand Planner collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain to balance demand and supply, optimise inventory levels, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. By leveraging forecasting tools and data analytics, the Demand Planner drives continuous improvement in demand accuracy and supports the execution of the S&OP; process,



in particular Demand Management Review.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. The Demand Planner contributes to the overall success of the RC segment by ensuring that customer demand is met efficiently, supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the ANZ region.

We are looking for an experienced planer with strong knowledge and understanding of S&OP; or IBP process and has experience leading demand reviews including risk and prospect management.
