Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced LO Operators and Pick Packers to join our clients across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.
This is a great chance to secure ongoing work with reputable warehouse operations, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work in fast-paced and supportive team environments.
Monday–Sunday availability is essential.
AM & PM shifts!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating LO (Order Picker)
- RF scanning and order picking
- Picking and packing stock accurately
- Putaways and replenishments (replens)
- General warehouse duties
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Sorting and organising stock
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work workplace
- Working towards daily KPIs and productivity targets
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Current and Valid LO licence
- Previous LO stock picker experience
- RF scanning experience highly regarded
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Monday–Sunday availability
