Senior Project Consultant | Adelaide / Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane

Deliver modern workplace and Microsoft technology projects that make a real impact.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our Adelaide-based Professional Services team. Adelaide is definitely a preference but we will also accept applicants to work from our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth offices also.

This is a hands-on technical consulting role where you'll lead the delivery of infrastructure, modern workplace, endpoint management, and cloud projects for a diverse client base.
As a trusted technical advisor, you'll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and consulting teams to deliver successful outcomes while contributing to solution design, presales activities, and the ongoing development of our consulting capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing





- Lead the technical delivery of multiple client projects across Microsoft infrastructure and end-user computing environments
- Work alongside Project Managers to plan project delivery, schedules, and resource requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles
- Design and implement solutions across Modern Workplace and Microsoft technologies
- Participate in presales activities, including solution design and proposal development
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of technical best practices, intellectual property, and reusable solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation, time tracking, and billing records

What You'll Bring

- Extensive experience delivering IT infrastructure or end-user computing projects within an IT Services, IT Consulting or MSP organisation
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows platforms, and endpoint management solutions
- Expertise across technologies such as Intune, SCCM, MDT, AVD, RDS, Citrix, and modern device management
- Experience implementing security best practices including Essential Eight, security baselines, application control, and endpoint governance
- Knowledge of MDM and MAM solutions, with macOS experience highly regarded
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage client engagements while contributing to a cooperative team environment
- Proven experience as a Technical and/or Team lead able to develop and mentor your team
