What wilI I be doing? This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside participants, supporting them to develop practical skills, confidence, and work readiness through real, community-based gardening and grounds maintenance work.

This could include:

- Support and coach supported employees to build skills, independence, and workplace capability.

- Using and maintaining gardening and horticultural equipment in line with safety requirements.

- Lead and supervise garden crew operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- Monitor employee progress and performance, providing regular feedback and collaborating with stakeholders to support development outcome.

- Prepare quotations, assess customer requirements, and coordinate resources to deliver quality gardening and grounds maintenance services.

What you’ll need

- Experience or knowledge in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.

- Great listening and respectful communication skills.

- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.

- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes

- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).

- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.
