TAG have an exciting prospect for an experienced Plastic Blow Moulding Technician to join a respected and innovative manufacturing organisation based in Forrestfield, WA. This role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work within a supportive and high-performing team environment.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plastic extrusion,

and injection moulding machinery, ensuring product quality and maintaining production efficiency.

Shifts Available

12-hour rotating roster – day and night shifts (7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am)

Must be available for both day and night shift

Approx. 36–48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plastic extrusion, blow moulding and injection moulding machinery
- Set up and adjust production lines to meet specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Complete production documentation and data entry
- Operate a forklift (twin Tyne preferred, if licensed)

Skills & Experience





- Proven experience in plastic injection moulding or extrusion blow moulding (essential)
- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality focus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
