Ulti-Mech is seeking a motivated Apprentice Automotive Electrician to join our Newman workshop.

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will develop skills across automotive electrical systems while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

About the Role

You will assist qualified technicians with:

- Electrical fault diagnosis and repairs
- Wiring and electrical installations
- Battery, charging, and starting systems
- Lighting and accessory installation
- Vehicle servicing and inspections
- Using diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
- Maintaining workplace safety standards
- Completing apprenticeship training requirements

About You

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a genuine interest in automotive electrical technology
- Be reliable and punctual




- Be mechanically and technically minded
- Be eager to learn and develop new skills
- Follow instructions and safety procedures
- Work well in a team environment

School leavers, mature-age applicants, and career changers are encouraged to apply.

Desirable Requirements

- Driver's licence preferred
- Pre-apprenticeship advantageous
- Previous automotive or mechanical exposure advantageous but not essential
