Chefs — All Levels — Full Time & Part Time — Cabana

Cabana is expanding this year, and it's an exciting time to join the team. We're launching a brand-new Pan Asian food offering, and we're looking for passionate chefs at all levels — from apprentices through to senior chefs — to be part of it, on both a full-time and part-time basis.

About the role

You'll play a key role in bringing our new menu to life, working alongside an experienced kitchen team to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced venue. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, in line with recipes and presentation guidelines
- Supporting the development and rollout of our recent Pan Asian menu
- Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant kitchen in line with food safety standards
- Managing stock, storage and ordering as required for your level
- Working collaboratively with the broader kitchen and floor team, particularly during busy service periods
- Mentoring or supporting more junior team members (for senior applicants)

What we're looking for

- Chefs of all levels welcome — apprentices, commis, chefs de partie and sous chefs




- Experience with or genuine interest in Pan Asian cuisine highly regarded
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pride in your craft
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Good attention to detail, particularly around presentation and food safety
- A team player who's happy to support wherever needed
- Flexibility to work across our trading days, including evenings and weekends
- A current Food Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Relevant trade qualifications highly regarded for more senior positions
