We offer a structured Current Graduate Program designed to help you transition into clinical practice with a step by step program designed to help you grow into your practice as a Speech Pathologist.

About The Role

As part of our collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll provide person-centred speech pathology care while developing your skills across a diverse NDIS caseload.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

- Conduct assessments to identify clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy to clients, utilising evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.




- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
