We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team.

n

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executives and senior leaders across the organisation, providing trusted advice and influencing workforce decisions that support organisational outcomes and culture.

n

As part of a small, collaborative People & Culture team, you'll enjoy the variety and breadth of a true generalist partnering role. You'll work across strategic and operational priorities, from workforce planning and organisational change through to employee relations, workforce data and insights, HR systems and leadership support.

About You

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex people challenges and influencing positive outcomes.

n

You bring:

- Robust generalist HR experience across people partnering and employee relations.
n
- The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
n
- Sound judgement, resilience and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
n
- Experience providing both strategic advice and operational support.
n
- Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and the NSW public sector employment framework.
