[Axr] Recruitment & Search is guiding a quick-scaling technology business to establish and lead its payroll function across Australia and APAC. This newly created role will define tools, processes, and controls, and decide whether payroll is run in-house or outsourced as the business grows.
You will shape the payroll roadmap, manage a cross-functional team and partner with Finance and HR to deliver compliant, scalable payroll delivery across regions.
