Our Artisan Division is looking for a sales superstar to join our Townsville team and help us continue to grow our presence across the region.

About the Role

n

As our Territory Manager, you will manage an established portfolio of foodservice and retail customers while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.

n

You'll inherit a strong existing customer base, with significant opportunity to grow the territory, increase revenue and build long-term customer relationships.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of foodservice and retail customers
n
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers
n
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory
n
- Introduce customers to our artisan and specialty food range
n
- Work towards and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets
n
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration within existing accounts
n
- Manage your territory, customer visits and sales activity effectively
n




- Work collaboratively with the broader P.E. Foods team to deliver great customer outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

n

We're looking for someone who brings energy, commercial drive and a genuine interest in great food.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience within the foodservice industry – former chefs or pastry chefs are strongly encouraged to apply
n
- A strong desire to succeed and an interest in being part of a growing, entrepreneurial business
n
- Commercial acumen and a results-focused, target-driven approach
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to work collaboratively while also being confident working autonomously
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to find practical, creative solutions
n
- Resilience, adaptability and a good sense of humour
n
- Strong time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- Intermediate computer skills
