Duties

n

- Coordinate and schedule service technicians - team of 20 technicians.
n
- Manage job planning, scheduling and daily workflows
n
- Process job documentation, reports and timesheets
n
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate materials or equipment
n
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office
n
- Act as a point of contact for customers and internal teams
n

Candidate

- Previous experience in a scheduling role
n
- Scheduling technician
n
- Experience in a service, maintenance or operational setting
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities
n
