Key Responsibilities:

n

Handle inbound support calls, identifying and qualifying client issues.

n

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in line with service level agreements.

n

Support end-users in person, via phone, email, or remote access tools.

n

Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune ensuring seamless operations.

n

Configure and troubleshoot networking systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.

n

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT peripherals.

n

Coordinate with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.

n





Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, troubleshooting guides.

n

Requirements:

n

IT qualifications or relevant work experience.

n

Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

n

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Intune

n

Hands‐on experience with Windows Server administration and Desktop OS environments.

n

Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.

n

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

n

Ability to work effectively within a dedicated and flexible team.

n

Strong time management and organizational skills.

n

Current Drivers license and vehicle.

n
