Dementia and Aged Care Services (DACS) is a progressive organisation committed to supporting older Australians to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes and communities.

We are seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team on a casual basis for our Batemans Bay location. This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a solid person-centred care approach.

You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living support

- Assist with social support and community access
n
- Prepare meals and provide light domestic assistance
n
- Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation
n

Requirements

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care (essential)
n
- Previous experience supporting older people in a community setting
n
