POSITION

n

Due to continued growth, a Site Supervisor position is now available to join the team across a diverse range of projects.

n

n
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across residential, commercial and modular projects.
n
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
n
- Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation, site safety plans and company procedures at all times.
n
- Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants throughout all stages of construction.
n
- Monitor and report on project progress,



identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
n
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, variations and inspection records.
n
- Uphold the company's standards of quality, workmanship and client communication on every project.

EXPERIENCE

n

To be considered it is vital that you have the following:

n

n
- Practical experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Highly Skilled Carpenter.
n
- Solid ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
n
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction compliance
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
- Valid driver's licence required
