Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking Production Workers for an immediate start at a well-established chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.

Working as part of a production team, you will assist with the processing, filling, packaging and palletising of chemical products. The role is hands-on and physically demanding, with regular lifting and repetitive tasks required throughout the shift.

Lytton location | Monday to Friday roster
n PM: Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm | Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
n Ongoing work for suitable candidates

Your Duties Will Include

n

n
- Assisting with production and filling processes
n
- Filling, labelling and packaging chemical products
n
- Palletising finished products
n
- Handling cartons weighing 25kg or more
n
- Completing quality checks throughout the production process
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
- Following site safety and quality procedures
n

n

To Be Successful, You Will Have

n

n




- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work or a similar industrial workplace
n
- Physically fit and able to safely perform repetitive manual handling
n
- Ability to lift cartons weighing 25kg or more
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
n
- Good attendance and punctuality
n
- Available to work the full Monday to Friday roster
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n

Your own long cotton drill pants, yellow hi-vis cotton shirt and steel cap boots

n

PPE note: Cotton PPE is mandatory due to the chemical manufacturing environment. Long-sleeve hi-vis shirts are preferred, however short-sleeve shirts may be accepted to commence. Polyester or synthetic clothing is not suitable.
