Join a growing boutique law firm in a senior leadership role where you'll combine your Property Law expertise with professional oversight, mentoring and practice development.

n

Working closely with the Directors, you'll manage a portfolio of property matters while helping guide the team, maintain professional standards and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

n

n
- Manage residential and commercial property matters, including conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions and off-the-plan transactions
n
- Provide professional oversight and leadership across the practice
n
- Mentor and support lawyers and junior team members
n
- Manage key client relationships and complex matters
n
- Support compliance, risk management and professional standards
n
- Contribute to process improvement and future growth of the firm
n

About You

n

n




- Current Australian practising certificate and eligibility to act as a Legal Practitioner Director
n
- Strong Property Law experience
n
- Ideally 5+ years PAE
n
- Leadership, mentoring and supervisory capability
n
- Strong technical knowledge and qualified judgement
n
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
n
- Commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
