The Role

n

As a Systems Administrator, you will support, manage, and improve enterprise infrastructure environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

n

This is a consulting-focused role where you'll work across multiple clients and technologies, contributing to both operational excellence and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support and manage enterprise Windows Server and cloud environments
n
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure platforms
n
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity services
n
- Support infrastructure modernisation and cloud migration initiatives
n
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
n
- Assist with security hardening and compliance requirements
n
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
n
- Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams
n
- Participate in technical discovery sessions and client workshops
n




- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
n

Experience & Skills

n

n
- 3–7 years' experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support
n
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments preferred
n
- Strong Microsoft infrastructure background
n
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to work across multiple client environments
n
- Government Security Clearance (Baseline/ NV1)
n
