Centred around our open robatayaki grill, our menu combines premium Australian produce, Japanese flavours and a modern approach to dining, all delivered in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

Position Available

n

Casual Kitchen Hand – Restaurant Award Level 1

n

Monday–Friday: $33.05 per hour
n Saturday: $39.66 per hour
n Sunday: $39.66 per hour
n Public Holidays: $66.10 per hour

n

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

n

Keeping the kitchen running smoothly through dishwashing, cleaning and maintaining organised kitchen and wash-up areas

n

Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation, deliveries, storage and general kitchen duties as required

n

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene throughout busy services

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is preferred, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

n

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene

n

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

n
