You don't need to know everything about parts on day one. If you have a great attitude, turn up, work hard and are keen to learn, we can teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing
n
This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a desk all day. It's a varied, hands‐on role where you'll work across our Parts Department while also helping our Service team when things get busy.
n
Your day could include:
n
n
- Picking and organising parts for our workshop
n
- Learning how to interpret and order automotive parts
n
- Helping customers at the front counter
n
- Answering parts and service phone calls
n
- Helping customers make service bookings
n
- Delivering parts locally
n
- Receiving and putting away stock
n
- Finding the right parts for our technicians
n
- Keeping the Parts Department organised
n
- Jumping in and helping the wider dealership team when needed
n
n

You'll suit this role if you're someone who:

n
- Has a strong work ethic and likes keeping busy
n
- Is confident talking to customers
n
- Is comfortable answering the phone
n
- Enjoys cars and wants to learn more about the automotive industry
n
- Is organised and pays attention to detail
n
- Is happy to get in and help rather than saying "that's not my job"
n
- Can work as part of a close-knit team
n
- Has a current driver's licence
n
n
Previous parts or dealership experience would be great, but it's not essential for the right person.
n
Experience from automotive retail, warehousing, customer service, mechanical, tyre or trade environments could also be a great fit.
