- Coordination of patient-centred rehabilitation programs

Requirements
n
n
- Fellowship of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (FAFRM) or RACP Geriatrics equivalent
n
- Specialist Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA in Rehabilitation/Geriatrics Medicine
n
- Experience in inpatient and/or day rehabilitation medicine
n
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team skills
