What are we looking for?

n

We are currently seeking an experienced, Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor for a two large and busy Shopping-Centers, Birkenhead Point Outlet in Drummoyne and Broadway Shopping Centre, NSW. Experience in retail cleaning & a passion for customer service is essential to the role.

n

The vibrant leader we are searching for is responsible for a large crew of enthusiastic team members who are responsible for the day-to-day presentation of a high-profile Shopping Centre. This role requires excellent attention to detail and high levels of collaboration, with the ability to effectively communicate to clients, customers, staff and with various other stakeholders.

Experience

n

You will be managing a Team who are responsible for the presentation and optimal delivery of cleaning services in a large retail precinct. Enjoy a versified workplace and gain experience across different assets.

The Successful Applicant will.

- Leading and motivating a large and Diverse Team
n
- Clear Written and Verbal Communication
n
- Liaising with Clients, Reporting Capability
n
- General Detail Cleaning and hands on approach.
n
- Cleaning of Mall Floors, Restrooms, Entry Points and Car Parksn
n
- Assisting with the Management of Periodical Schedules, Basic Machinery Maintenance, and an understanding of finer details of Carpet and Floor Care, Internal High Glass and External Cleaning Maintenance
n
- Experience with cleaning machinery for floor care (Scrubbing & Buffing) highly desirable.
n
- Preferably the applicant will have: driver's license,First AidCertificate and knowledge of WH&S.;
n
