Orange Health Service is seeking a Locum General Medicine Registrar to support medical coverage across a regional hospital setting.

This role is suited to a registrar with recent General Medicine experience who is confident supporting ward-based care, patient reviews, clinical documentation, management planning and escalation of care when required.

Clinical Environment

- General Medicine Registrar role
n
- Hospital-based locum position at Orange Health Service
n
- Weekday shifts, generally 08:00 – 16:30
n
- Supportive team environment with senior escalation pathways available
n

n

Key Duties

n

n
- Review and manage General Medicine patients
n
- Support ward-based care and clinical reviews
n
- Complete documentation and handover
n
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately
n
- Work collaboratively with nursing, allied health and medical teams
n

n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration
n




- Recent General Medicine registrar-level experience
n
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
n
- Ability to work safely within scope and escape appropriately
n
- Current CV required for review
n
- Compliance documents as required
n
