We are seeking dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers to join our client's Food Manufacturing team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. These roles involve working in cool room environments (1–3°C) and are suited to those comfortable in fast-paced, temperature-controlled settings.

Shift Options & Pay

n

Day & Afternoon shifts (start times 4am – 7pm)

n

Monday to Friday + Saturday shifts

n

Hourly Rate: $30.35 – $34.90

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Pick, pack, sort, and label food products
n
- Work safely in cool room conditions
n
- Assist with stock rotation & quality checks
n




- Follow food handling & hygiene protocols
n
- Maintain a clean & safe workplace
n
- Meet KPIs & team performance targets
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in food manufacturing/warehousing/logistics (preferred)
n
- Comfortable working in cold storage
n
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)
n
- Knowledge of pallet jacks & tuggers (desirable)
n
- Full Working Rights in Australia (students welcome )
