Talent Acquisition Officer - Full-Time Permanent

Own the recruitment function and make it your own!

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with blue collar or operational recruitment experience to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with the Operations Manager and wider business!

n

This is a standalone Talent Acquisition role suited to someone who enjoys having ownership, working at pace and seeing the direct impact of their recruitment.

Your role

- Managing blue collar end-to-end reruitment
n
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
n
- Managing pre-employment checks and compliance
n
- Coordinating onboarding and inductions
n
- Building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
n




- Supporting retention and engagement
n
- Improving recruitment processes and systems
n

n

About you

n

n
- 1-3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience
n
- Robust communication and candidate engagement skills
n
- Confidence managing competing priorities
n

n

Experience in transport, logistics or blue collar high-volume recruitment is advantageous but not essential.

n
