Job Description

I'm partnering with a fast-growing specialist funds and trustee services business looking to appoint a Client Services Associate in Sydney.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone with around 18 months to 3 years' experience in funds management, trustee services, fund operations or custody who is smart, curious and keen to build a broader career.

n

You'll work closely with an experienced Relationship Manager, supporting a portfolio of wholesale fund clients and getting exposure well beyond traditional operational processing.

The role

- Support a portfolio of fund, trustee and custody clients
n
- Become a key contact for day-to-day client queries and activity
n
- Review transaction and fund documentation and understand the associated obligations
n
- Coordinate transactions, payments, onboarding and ongoing client requirements
n
- Work closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance
n
- Help solve client issues and identify better ways of doing things
n
- Maintain client records and ensure ongoing obligations are completed
n




- Build the technical and commercial knowledge to take on greater client responsibility over time
n

About you

n

n
- Around 18 months–3 years' experience in funds industry
n
- Exposure to funds, trustee services, custody, fund administration or fund operations
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with different stakeholders
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
n
- An interest in understanding how funds, transactions and client structures actually work
n
- The confidence to ask questions, use judgement and take ownership
n
- A genuine interest in developing into a more client-facing role
n
