This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior or Assistant Strata Manager who's ready to take the next step and build a successful long-term career in strata management.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you'll not only support experienced Strata Managers across a diverse portfolio, but also have the opportunity to manage your own smaller portfolio from the outset. You'll gain invaluable exposure to everything from day-to-day portfolio management through to defect claims, remedial works, major projects, and legal matters — giving you the experience and confidence to rapid-track your career progression.

The Role

n

n
- Assist in the management of a diverse strata portfolio while overseeing your own smaller buildings
n
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and documentation
n
- Attend and chair Owners Corporation meetings
n
- Manage owner and committee enquiries, ensuring a high level of service
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
n
- Support senior Strata Managers with complex matters including defect claims, remedial projects, insurance matters, and legal processes
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the strata industry
n
- Current Strata Certificate of Registration or Licence
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Confident dealing with owners, committees, and stakeholders
n
- Experience using Strata Master and FileSMART will be highly regarded
n
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
n
