We are seeking motivated applicants who are ready to commence a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician apprenticeship with our host employer based in Cairns. This is a great opportunity tostart yourcareer, you will be working on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), gaining exposure to modern electrical infrastructure, technology driven systems, and networking components with long-term career development opportunities.

Is willing to attend and successfully complete required training

Has valuable computer and IT skills

Has an interest in programming, technology and how systems operate

Holds, or willing to obtain, a White Card
n
Has reliable transport to attend work and training
n
Is committed to completing their electrical apprenticeship
n
Ability to work day and night shifts (penalities apply)

Additional requirements

Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Certificate II in Electrotechnology
