Where You'll Make a Difference

n

- Support recent product introductions, manufacturing trials, and process scale-up activities.
n
- Analyze process data and prepare technical reports with recommendations for improvement.
n
- Develop process documentation and temporary manufacturing instructions.
n
- Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and RC&D; teams to deliver business objectives.
n
- Support capital projects, equipment commissioning,



and plant start-up activities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
- 3+ years' experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.
n
- Understanding of process development, scale-up, and manufacturing operations.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
n

How Would You Stand Out?

n

n
- Experience in food ingredients, beverage, flavour, or nutrition manufacturing.
n
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
n
- Experience supporting capital investment or operational excellence projects.
