Position Overview

n

We're seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our team in NSW. This role is ideal for someone who is:

n

Building their career in sales; or

n

Currently working as a merchandiser, junior sales representative, assistant account manager, or store‐level commercial rep and ready to step up into a full sales role.

n

Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, you will support in‐field sales activities, execute customer plans, and grow our presence across a mix of industries including Hardware, Tools, Electrical, Industrial, B2B and end‐user markets.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Support and execute customer and channel strategies to drive sales growth

n

Build strong relationships across a range of business segments

n

Implement tailored sales and promotional initiatives for NSW customers

n





Identify new opportunities and generate leads

n

Conduct customer meetings and deliver product updates and training

n

Use sales tools, data, and insights to support decision‐making

n

Report on market feedback and relevant intelligence across Sydney North & Northern NSW areas

n

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on national and local programs

n

Experience & Background

n

We welcome applicants who bring some commercial or field-based experience, such as:

n

Retail or trade environment experience

n

Exposure to B2B or professional brands (advantageous but not essential)

n

We will provide full product and category training for the right person who shows motivation, organisation, and a willingness to learn.

n

Additional skills:

n

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‐building abilities

n

Proactive approach with good planning and time‐management skills

n

Creative problem solving and attention to detail

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

n

CRM familiarity is beneficial but not required
