This is a rare EA opportunity where the role actually lives up to the promise: genuine executive partnership, exposure to senior leadership, and real involvement in the initiatives that shape the business, not just diary admin.

n
You'll get a structured four-week onboarding program, hands‐on training, and ongoing support from day one, not a sink‐or‐swim start.

n
- Domestic and international travel coordination
n
- Executive expense processing and credit card reconciliation

n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, MD, or senior executive
n
- Sharp organisational and time management skills
n
- Solid diary, travel, and stakeholder management background
