DETEKD is currently seekinga Project Delivery Managerto join our team in Central Queensland, based in Rockhampton and will be a blend of office based and FIFO/DIDO to mine sites and based on a 9 day fortnight.

The Role:

n

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will become DETEKD's day-to-day operational lead across two project delivery teams. You will coordinate people, resources, client commitments and commercial outcomes across a portfolio of work in the Central Queensland coalfields.

You will be based in Rockhampton and travel regularly to mine sites. This is a hands-on leadership role:



close enough to understand what is happening in the field, senior enough to set expectations, make decisions and escalated the right issues.

Project Delivery Manager minimum skills and experience required:

- Resource Planning: Own day-to-day scheduling, resourcing, and forward planning across multiple project teams.
n
- Team Leadership: Support and guide Project Managers, site supervisors, and coordinators with clear expectations.
n
- Client Management: Keep clients fully informed with reliable progress reporting and confident, first-line issue resolution.
n
- Commercial Control: Oversee project financials, including variations, invoicing readiness, margin visibility, and escalation.
n
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict safety, quality, regulatory, and internal process compliance across all sites.
n
- Process Optimisation: Continuously improve project delivery systems to support business growth efficiently.
n
- Executive Reporting: Deliver clear visibility on project performance, risks, roadblocks, and team outcomes to Directors.
