About the Role
n
We're currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our friendly team at our Bennetts Green Branch.
n
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Delivering goods to customers across the region in a safe and timely manner
n
- Assisting with warehouse operations including picking, packing, receipting stock, and inventory handling
n
- Operating a forklift
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
n
- Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
n
n
This role requires great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're after someone with a proactive and can-do attitude, who is comfortable working under pressure and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- A current manual driver's licence (essential)
n
- A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- MR licence (advantageous, or willing to obtain)
n
- Good time management and communication skills
n
- A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Knowledge of the plumbing or building industry (preferred but not essential)
n
- A commitment to workplace health and safety standards
n
