With a tight-knit team of 15+ and a strong pipeline of work booked well into the future, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team and take a key leadership role within the business.

THE ROLE

n

As a Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating plumbing crews across a variety of projects, including:

n

- High-quality current residential construction
n
- Commercial construction
n
- Civil infrastructure projects
n
- Large-scale plumbing installations
n
- General plumbing and hydraulic works
n

n

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard and on schedule.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Supervising and coordinating plumbers and apprentices on site
n
- Planning daily workloads and allocating tasks
n
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
n
- Coordinating with builders, site supervisors, subcontractors and other trades
n
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and relevant standards
n
- Monitoring job progress, materials and labour requirements
n
- Identifying and resolving issues on site
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
n
- Ensuring SWMS, site safety and company procedures are followed
n
- Assisting with project planning and programming
n
- Reporting progress and issues back to management
n
- Helping develop and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
n
- Assisting with variations and identifying additional works where required
n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n





We are looking for an experienced plumber who is ready to take the next step into a Foreman / Senior Leadership role.

n

Essential:

n

n
- Trade Qualified: Current Australian Plumbing Licence
n
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' qualified plumbing experience
n
- Leadership: Previous experience supervising or leading a plumbing crew preferred
n
- Plans & Specifications: Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings
n
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with builders, trades and clients
n
- Work Ethic: Reliable, organised and takes pride in delivering quality work
n
- Problem Solver: Able to identify issues and find practical solutions
n
- Licence: Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- White Card: Current Industry White Card
n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Commercial plumbing experience
n
- Civil plumbing experience
n
- Experience running construction sites
n
- Excavator and truck experience
n
- Additional industry tickets and qualifications
n
- Experience with hydraulic services
n
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
n
